Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? We're seeking an experienced working student to join our Customer Experience team, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making.
Your Job
As a working student in our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for:
- Regular analysis and evaluation of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize our services
- Supporting online survey conception and programming to ensure seamless user experiences
- Assisting in the analysis of customer interviews to gain deeper insights into their needs and preferences
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing measures that drive engagement and conversion
- Creating product training videos for customer education, showcasing the power of arenaflex's data analytics products and services
- Assisting in the development of our Self Service Hub on the arenaflex website, providing users with easy access to our data and analytics tools
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Hamburg for at least one more year
- A good level of both written and spoken English and German, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A high degree of detail-orientation, with a reliable work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset
