Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering a Five-Star Customer Service Experience to our customers, both in-store and online. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers with genuine enthusiasm and providing exceptional service through phone, virtual chats, and in-person interactions
• Managing customer flow and resolving conflicts with confidence and empathy
• Maintaining high standards of service quality, including being prepared, welcoming, meeting customer needs, and being there for customers
• Proactively addressing customer concerns and partnering with leadership to resolve issues
• Promoting alteration services and personalization options to enhance the customer experience
• Maintaining store standards to support a flawless shopping experience
• Responding promptly to customer questions and providing product and service information
• Building long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Engaging in inventory management procedures, including processing orders, receiving, and ensuring first-quality standards for merchandise
• Supporting cash wrap behaviors and processing transactions with accuracy
• Assisting with sales promotions and visual updates

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent degree
• 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles
