Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and processing packages for courier shipment
• Sorting and distributing mail to mailbox holders
• Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Processing transactions and handling customer inquiries
• Upselling products and promoting arenaflex services
• Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays
• Performing other duties as required to support the success of our retail operations

Qualifications:

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer and internet skills
• A fun and friendly personality
• A genuinely helpful demeanor
• A professional appearance
• A fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business as quickly as possible

Hours and Availability:

We're looking for a flexible and reliable individual who can work a variety of shifts, including:

• Monday to Saturday
• Saturday availability is required
• Must be available to work a minimum of 35-40 hours per week

Location and Store Hours:

Arenaflex is located in the Shopping Center with Randall's at:

2303 Ranch Road 620 South, Ste 160, Lakeway, TX 78734

Store hours of operation are:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Saturdays: 10:00am to 1:30pm
• Sundays: Closed
