Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in providing exceptional service to our utility and city services customers. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our utility and city services customers through phone, email, and online channels
  • Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
  • Operating our customer relationship management system to accurately input personal, geographical, and incident-specific information
  • Collaborating with different departments to ensure efficient resolution of service requests
  • Working collaboratively with our teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in a general office environment
  • Previous call-taking or customer relation management experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

If you have experience with Tyler Munis/ERP computer programs, you'll be at an advantage in this role. Additionally, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
