We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash registers, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Operating cash registers and handling customer transactions
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting products to customers
• Working with our food program to provide exceptional customer experiences
• Maintaining a high level of store appearance and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment
• Interacting with customers daily and providing exceptional customer service
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a sales associate or cashiering role)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun!

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
