Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our passengers, providing assistance with baggage, resolving issues with delayed or lost items, and ensuring that every interaction is efficient, effective, and professional. You'll work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every passenger has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist passengers with their baggage pick-up and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items

  • Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
  • Handle customer interactions with class, providing a positive and professional experience for every passenger
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, utilizing your skills and experience to deliver exceptional results
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull items of up to 70 pounds regularly, and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces

Essential Qualifications

* Must be a local (in-state) resident

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid In-State Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
  • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
  • Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
