Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Ads Data Solutions Research team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing data models to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and enhance data models to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Drive experimentation to test the impact of data-driven solutions on business outcomes
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in data science and machine learning techniques
- Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize data-driven opportunities
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
Essential Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Statistics)
- 7+ years of experience designing, building, and comparing realistic systems getting to know solutions
- 7+ years of experience with statistical programming languages (e.g. Python, Spark, PySpark) and database languages (e.g. SQL)
- Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data science and machine learning techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves
* Doctorate's degree in a quantitative discipline
- Strong knowledge of Python and libraries such as sci-kit-learn, SciPy
- Familiarity with Bayesian modeling and probabilistic programming applications such as PyMC
- Familiarity with data structures and programs such as Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Airflow, Github
- Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker
- Demonstrated experience in designing and reading A/B testing and other test types
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong leadership and management experience, including people and project management
