Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our virtual support team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, resolving issues, and contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional guest service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all guests receive a 5-star experience
- Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with management via Slack
- Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional guest service
- Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
- Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
- Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboard of accounting systems
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Ability to speak clearly on the phone and use a VoiP to communicate with guests and vendors
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
- Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
- Working knowledge of business financials/accounting
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
- Availability for part-time overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST

Note
This is a part-time, temp position starting Mid-October for 3 months, with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025.
