Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of digital communication tools and platforms.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, including our loyalty program and travel options.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as customer experience or conflict resolution.
