Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assembling large, complex datasets that meet non-functional and functional business requirements
- Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process upgrades, including re-designing infrastructure for increased scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes
- Building required infrastructure for high-quality extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies
- Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational performance and customer acquisition
- Working with stakeholders, including data, design, product, and government groups, to support their data infrastructure needs while addressing data-related technical issues
- Generating or adapting tools and technology to serve customer needs
- May perform other process responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying concepts, techniques, procedures, and tools for the design and manufacturing of diverse products and services
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in the manufacturing of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Ability to apply common sense and reasoning to select the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
- Ability to understand the consequences of recent data for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Skilled in understanding complex problems and reviewing associated data to develop and evaluate alternatives and implement solutions
- Ability to inform when something is incorrect or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve fixing the problem, only spotting there may be a problem
- Ability to combine parts of data to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among apparently unrelated events)
- Ability to shift back and forth between or more activities or sources of data (including speech, sounds, touch, or other sources)
- Ability to establish matters or movements in a positive order or sequence according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations)

Education
We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent formal training.
Experience
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have advanced-level experience and professional and specialized knowledge in:
- Cloud infrastructure, DataLake
- ETL experience ensuring supply to target data integrity
- Various filetypes (Delimited Text, Fixed Width, XML, JSON, Parque)
- ServiceBus, setting up ingress and egress within a subscription, or applicable AWS Cloud services administrative experience
- Unit Testing, Code Quality tools, CI/CD Technologies, Security and Container Technologies
- Agile development experience and Agile ceremonies and practices
