Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a work-from-home representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with booking new reservations or updating prior requests
  • Handle all general questions or inquiries from guests, travel agents, and other stakeholders
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's hotels, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and goals

Work-from-Home Equipment and Requirements:

* All necessary equipment will be provided by arenaflex, including a computer, headset, and other tools required for the job

  • High-speed internet access is required, and arenaflex will provide a monthly stipend of $50 to support internet costs
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace is required to ensure excellent customer service experiences

Pay and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with an additional $1.70 per hour for shifts worked between 6pm and 12am

  • Opportunities to earn an additional $200-$400 per month by meeting performance targets and goals

Requirements:

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets and goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet access and a quiet dedicated workspace required
