Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital Innovation team. As a Senior Data Analyst - IT, you'll be a data-driven leader who's passionate about data, analysis, and program execution. You'll have the ability to dive into details, evaluate the 10,000-foot view, and focus on process improvement. This role requires strong communication skills, enthusiasm for finding insights in data, and the ability to think creatively to develop enhancements to applications and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze the digital performance of applications/frameworks affecting business functionality

• Understand the right questions to be asked on the platform data related to Digital Channels
• Create streamlined and comprehensive data analysis workflows
• Focus areas will include, but are not limited to:

+ Data Representations - Application performance analysis - Error patterns, top factors contributing to errors - Identify, design, and execute internal process improvements: recommendations for improvement and increased flexibility + Demonstrating and coding of data - With expertise, construct trusted data products including dashboards and reporting items to support Digital Channels, Personalization, and Reliability leadership in making data-driven decisions on application performance - Collaborate with US and India Data Center teams to develop dashboards - Track new platform updates and application releases and cycles and learn the current application/frameworks to explore system performance, dive into errors, response time, service logs, define new data collection and labeling, create comprehensive dashboards - Convey and communicate updates to leadership, along with assembling standard presentations

• Work closely with Advanced Tasks Community (ATC) on functional metrics

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science (Math, Statistics, or Finance), or a related quantitative field

• 5+ years in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, analysis, and data engineering, with 3+ of those years in a Fortune 500 organization
• 3+ years in business platform development
• Experience assembling presentations for stakeholders and executives and collaborating with all levels of management
• Proven ability to create a vision, motivate the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it
• Advanced SQL skills
• Strong critical thinking skills, using data to solve problems
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Reliable, consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of the position

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Aviation Management, or Operations Research

• Software Engineering, Data Systems, Avionics Management, or related degree, Operations Research, MBA
• Google Data Analytics Professional Certification, Power BI Data Expert Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, Enterprise Data Warehouse certifications, Palantir, Client-Side performance metrics tools e.g. Quantum Metrics
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with DataDog/AppD/Kibana is a significant plus
• Experience with Enterprise monitoring systems is a plus
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
• Past airline or travel industry experience is a plus
• Experience with AWS - Redshift, QuickSight, Athena
• Experience with BigQuery
• Continuous integration and delivery using Spry strategies
• Regression analysis on performance forecasts, exp. in various regression techniques
