Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the products and solutions they need to achieve their home improvement goals. You'll work closely with our sales team to provide expert advice and recommendations, and help our customers navigate our stores and online platforms. You'll also be responsible for restocking merchandise, loading customer vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Help customers find products and provide recommendations, using your knowledge of arenaflex products and services to make informed suggestions
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Restock merchandise, load customer vehicles, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

* Be at least 18 years old

  • Possess 6 months experience operating common retail technology, smartphones, tablets, or computers
  • Be able to lift up to 25lbs unassisted, or over 25lbs assisted
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Be able to pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual skills

  • Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Knowledge of home improvement products and services
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
