Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining thorough knowledge of arenaflex's business rules, policies, and technology to ensure accurate and efficient data processing.
• Communicating effectively with customers in a warm and empathetic manner to provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure sensitive information is disseminated only to authorized individuals.
• Quickly adapting to business rule changes and navigating multiple applications to research solutions and provide support to other positions/operations as needed.
• Providing support to other positions/operations during heavy workloads or absences to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule.
• Excellent data entry skills, including the ability to key information at high productivity and accuracy.
• Experience in a fast-paced data entry environment, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to commit to 100% attendance for up to two- twelve weeks of paid training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
