Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and Follow Customer Service Procedures and Policies: Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's customer service procedures and policies, and adhere to them in your daily interactions with customers.
  • Meet and Exceed Personal and Team Target Goals: Strive to meet and exceed your personal and team target goals, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Record, Organize, and File Customer Interactions and Account Changes: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account changes, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Upsell and Schedule Call Backs and Appointments: Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs.
  • Previous Experience in Customer Support, Client Services, Sales, or a Related Field: Leverage your experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications
