Responsibilities:

Maintaining live chat best practices:

Respond to every customer query in a clear, correct, and professional manner, making sure customers feel valued and supported. This includes following up with customers post-chat to ensure their issues are resolved and they're satisfied with our service.

Providing pre- and post-sales support:

Carefully answer customer questions, provide clear and transparent details on our products, and patiently guide customers through the purchasing process. This will help build trust and confidence in our brand, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Resolving customer complaints and issues:

Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our service.

Collaborating with internal teams:
