Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our health insurance operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will also be responsible for data entry and other administrative tasks, requiring strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to telephone and written inquiries from customers, members, and internal stakeholders in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including data entry accuracy and timeliness

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
  • Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience

  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Experience working with various lines of business, including CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

* Strong computer skills, including navigation in Outlook and general computer knowledge

  • Excellent data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate customer situations and make decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet productivity and quality standards
