Patient Experience:
+ Engage patients by greeting them and offering assistance with items and services. + Resolve patient issues promptly and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience. + Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a personalized and pleasant experience, including relational behaviors that demonstrate empathy (e.g., welcoming, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and arenaflex service qualities (e.g., showing interest to identify needs and proactively helping, upgrading until satisfied, advocating compassion and inclusivity, etc.). + Associate with patients by anticipating needs and proactively offering services. + Uphold efforts to upgrade patient experience by expanding knowledge of healthcare services presented through arenaflex (e.g., patient counseling, prescription services, medication therapy reviews, and perform clinical or health services like vaccinations, diagnostic testing, and patient results services) thereby advancing the shift of the arenaflex pharmacy role from transactional to relational. + Participate and aid events that reflect the exceptional communities we serve as mentioned by Head Manager, Healthcare Manager, Region Director, or Pharmacy Manager.
Tasks:
+ Advise patients and answer their inquiries regarding medication use, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical provider as necessary to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and satisfaction with service is met. + Perform pharmacy tasks including compounding, medication therapy reviews, verification, and medication management. + Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility. + Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with guidelines, company policies, and standards. + Assist pharmacy manager with establishing strategies that promote the effective workflow of the pharmacy including delegating tasks, planning activities, and requesting colleague input. Accountable for the opening and closing of the pharmacy and shift change responsibilities. + Ensure the utilization of all components of the Honest Intentions Dispensing strategy related to state and federal controlled substance regulations while filling prescriptions. The Item Audit/Retail Fill Cycle Pharmacist is accountable for ensuring that components of Pure Intentions are available. + Maintain current knowledge of data technology related to pharmacy systems including workflow, prescription fulfillment, billing, clinical documentation, training, inventory management, and retail location registers to offer assistance to patients as well as pharmacy staff. Seek new and better ways to encourage advance efficiency. + Ensure the precise handling of insurance claims to resolve patient issues and prevent payment denials. Circulate back to insurance companies and clinical providers and participate in third-party review. + Circulate back to clinical providers' offices to explain prescribed medications, doses, refills, interactions, and aversions to propose alternative medications, and answer clinical provider questions. + Perform clinical and health services, such as vaccinations, diagnostic testing, disease state management, and other healthcare services. + Assist and support the pharmacy manager in examining performance data including pharmacy financial, customer service, and execution of strategies for pharmacy resource management and inventory management. + Create and maintain good relationships with local healthcare community including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Participate in community outreach activities to promote the pharmacy business, enhance learning experiences, and give happier lives through better health. + Collaborate with unified support for patient enrollment, exemption resolution, and assist with resolving patient issues. In virtual conditions, conduct virtual item audit by keeping explicit company methods and rules.
Individuals and Performance Management:
+ Assist the Pharmacy Manager with staff hiring and training. Establish the course of Pharmacy Manager in staff performance by training, and giving productive feedback, checking customer service, and encouraging colleague development. + Advance collaboration and inspire colleagues by establishing expectations, screens, and perceives progress, and encourages a common vision.
Training and Self-awareness:
+ Maintain current knowledge and required permitting/credentialing/verification as laid out by government and state guidelines to offer such clinical types of assistance. + Maintain current knowledge and skills connected with pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, company publications, and communications. Maintain attention to advancements in retail and management and pursue accepted procedures that would improve performance. + Acquire vital certifications, education credits, and training, including learning modules, as expected by the Organization. + Seek professional development by observing one's performance, requests for valuable feedback, and use pharmacy manager and head manager as tutor and mentor. + Intercommunicate. Establish the Pharmacy Director and Head Manager by imparting important corporate health and wellness services or policy information to pharmacy staff.
Essential Capabilities:
* BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the region.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing exercises that show strong areas of knowledge on pertinent state and federal controlled substance regulations.
- Certified Immunizer or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of hire.
Preferred Capabilities:
* At least 2-year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records, and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
