Key Responsibilities:
* Help the Division deliver on its sales targets, including the new business component, by maintaining active communication with customers about new product launches, services, supplies, and sales promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
- Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge of our products.
- Obtain and monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery, and expedite as necessary, coordinating with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely and accurate product and technical information, educating customers about product terminology, features, and benefits.
- Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
- Assist customers with warranties and returns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to determine the best methods for resolving problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Train new customer service/inside sales representatives, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed.
- Periodically reach out to customers to determine their satisfaction with our organization, products, and services, gathering valuable feedback to improve our offerings.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities, providing insights and data to inform business decisions.
- Expand your knowledge of HVAC products and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide expert advice and guidance.
Essential Qualifications:
* 6+ years of progressive sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a deep understanding of our products and services.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, with some college preferred. HVAC certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
- Familiarity with HVAC products and services, including knowledge of industry trends and developments.

* Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment and products, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers and resolve issues promptly.
