Your Role
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and email, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
- Becoming an expert in our internal management system, efficiently processing sales orders and maintaining customer relationships
- Utilizing our communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments, staying connected and informed throughout the day
- Identifying opportunities to improve each customer's experience, suggesting innovative solutions and ideas to enhance their journey with arenaflex
- Approaching your work with a reformer's mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures, and collaborating with your team to drive positive change

- Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows, with a strong understanding of keyboard shortcuts and productivity tools
- Able to stay energized and motivated in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
- Excited to represent arenaflex and build strong customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program, which will provide you with the training and support you need to succeed in this role
- Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can focus on your work and provide exceptional customer service
- Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router, and be willing to use the equipment and software provided by arenaflex
- Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we encourage applicants with the following qualifications to apply:
- Up to 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
- Experience working from home, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of remote work
