Your Role as a Lead Customer Service Representative

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth in our store. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and a warm welcome
  • Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance the customer experience
  • Working with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Leading shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you have:

  • Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Entry-level management experience, with a strong ability to lead and motivate others
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sales growth
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and teamwork
  • A motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • A positive attitude, with a strong ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet

Physical Requirements

As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
