Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Schedule and Flexibility

We understand that flexibility is essential for remote workers, and we offer a range of schedule options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. While we can't guarantee a specific schedule, we're committed to providing a flexible and accommodating work environment.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have the opportunity to earn more as you grow and develop your skills.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:

• A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

• A quiet, uninterrupted space
• An organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
