Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Merchant Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants, customers, and internal stakeholders. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on our platform and services. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, while also contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and address escalations from customers and merchants
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Utilize Google Sheets or other data analysis tools to perform data analysis and provide insights
  • Work effectively in both individual and team environments

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of technical expertise
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and create innovative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role at a food delivery or logistics company

  • Knowledge of the food delivery industry and its trends
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
