Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. With a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Utilize probing question skills to actively listen to customers and understand their needs and concerns
  • Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer service and solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment with excellent internet connectivity

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Requirements to Work from Home

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work

  • Excellent internet connectivity, with internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • In-house network, and a hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
  • A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
