Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our database operations. You'll work closely with our management team to address any systematic opportunities or issues that may arise, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and adhering to our strict data security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately key paper applications into the arenaflex database

• Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, adhering to industry standards
• Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
• Assist with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
• Collaborate with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities or issues
• Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless database operations

Education and Work Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred

• 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a related field

Knowledge and Skills
