Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our team to understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a remote work-at-home opportunity, and you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support

  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with our team to understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work-at-home setting
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work-at-home setting
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute with high accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Experience with sales and customer retention
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Experience working in a remote work-at-home environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
