Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our arenaflex team. As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring that our distribution centers run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless communication between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions

• Work closely with MHE merchants to resolve data management issues
• Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
• Maintain and support LAN (Local Area Network) design
• Implement all future software updates
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
• Regulate non-exempt staff
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
• Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Strong relational and analytical skills
• Experience with data entry, supply chain management, and IT
