Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment, with a strong focus on multitasking, time management, and prioritization.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills preferred.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
