Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling Incoming Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Research and Resolution: Effectively research and provide resolutions to customer inquiries
- Accurate Documentation: Accurately document call details to ensure seamless communication
- Empathetic Communication: Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation

Job Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be 18 Years or Older: Meet the minimum age requirement
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 Year at a Single Job: Have a minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service
- Reliable Attendance: Demonstrate reliable attendance with no absences in the first 90 days
- Typing Speed: Achieve a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Hardwired Internet Connection: Have a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Secure, Private Work Area: Ensure a secure, private work area at home
- Flexible Availability: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
