Job Description

As a High-Commission Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our cutting-edge software. Your primary focus will be on engaging with customers via chat, encouraging them to place an order, and closing sales directly on the chat. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our sales managers, who will follow up with customers via phone calls to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using arenaflex's software

  • Engage with customers via chat, building relationships and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using arenaflex's system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to follow up with customers via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's software
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales goals

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or chat-based environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to drive sales
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the shipping container industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's software and technology
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
