Experienced Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent – 2nd/3rd Shifts with arenaflex

As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers by monitoring alarm signals, dispatching emergency services, and providing exceptional customer service during critical situations.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Alarm Monitoring Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to alarm signals from customers' alarm systems in a timely and efficient manner
• Dispatching emergency signals to police, fire, and medical agencies as needed
• Providing world-class customer service to customers in their time of need, including responding to non-emergency signals and notifying customers of emergency signals after dispatch
• Notifying account contacts of emergency signals after dispatch
• Receiving and processing inbound calls requesting information
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and alarm signals

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
• The ability to pass an FBI criminal background check to obtain a Burglar Alarm License in all 50 states
• One year of customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions in emergency situations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
