Your Role: German-Speaking Customer Service Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team as a remote contractor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our SEO clients and managing their SEO campaigns. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, resolving their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

• Represent arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
• Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
• Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.

What We Expect from You:

* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Fluent spoken and written German skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to understand and communicate complex ideas.
• Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools efficiently.
• Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.
• Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards, and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong conflict resolution skills to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Working Hours and Environment:

* Fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

• 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday. No work on weekends or holidays.

* This is a contract position, so you will not be eligible for traditional benefits.
