Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the non-profit organization's scholarship program. You will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming calls from families and schools participating in the program, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely solutions to their concerns
- Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered for the scholarship program
- Collaborating with the non-profit organization to resolve issues, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring data integrity
- Staying up-to-date with program policies, procedures, and changes to provide informed support to callers

Qualifications
* At least one year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting
- English proficiency, with a language assessment required for all candidates
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during challenging situations
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and ability to multitask
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills, with comfort using PC and internet navigation
- Wired internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download, as well as a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace
Additional Requirements
* Must be a resident of Canada and authorized to work in Canada
- Must have a reliable computer, headset, and internet connection to work from home
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
