Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a patient, supportive, and compassionate manner

  • Help clients navigate their healthcare plans, including medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order services
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to provide the highest level of support to our clients
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements, maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of our clients' personal and medical information

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Strong PC skills in Windows-based applications
  • Ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field or industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
