The Role

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients' consumers via phone, chat, and other contact methods. You'll be responsible for:

• Fielding and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing service-oriented support to meet the needs of our clients' consumers
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards
• Maintaining a working knowledge of service workflows and contact center technologies
• Reporting to the department Manager and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and other contact methods

• Resolve consumer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards
• Maintain a working knowledge of service workflows and contact center technologies
• Report to the department Manager and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or revenue cycle management environment

• Knowledge of contact center technologies and service workflows
• Certification in customer service or a related field

Language Skills:

* Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos

• Ability to write and present information to leadership, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)

Mathematical Skills:

* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

• Ability to compare rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various graphs

Reasoning Ability:

* Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

• Ability to plan, organize, delegate, and prioritize work
• Ability to provide clear and effective direction to staff
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with arenaflex departments, vendors, other businesses, and our clients
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

* May be required to lift between 30-50lbs at times (limited)

• Work is typically performed in a remote work environment with minimal physical demands

Work Environment:
