Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist with 10-key expertise to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you'll be responsible for converting hard copies to electronic images, working accurately and efficiently to meet production goals. We'll provide the training you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Convert hard copies to electronic images using our state-of-the-art scanning technology

• Meet production goals, accurately and efficiently processing a minimum of 120 to 150 files per day
• Input a large volume of data into our system, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines
• Work in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled, standing for several hours and lifting boxes weighing up to 80-90 pounds
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, using English reading, writing, and communication skills

Requirements and Competencies:

* 10-key proficiency and experience

• Ability to meet production goals, a minimum of 120 to 150 files per day
• Physical requirements and environment: ability to stand for several hours, lift boxes weighing up to 80-90 pounds, work in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled
• English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Medical records experience is preferred, though not required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,200.00 - $50,300.00, based on experience. Our benefits package includes:

• Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Location:

Our Data Entry Specialist role is based at our Fontana, CA location, at 7875 Hemlock Ave. We're easily accessible by car or public transportation, and offer a safe and secure work environment.

Hours:

Our Data Entry Specialist role is a full-time position, working 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. We offer a regular schedule, with opportunities for overtime and flexible work arrangements.
