Role Highlights

* Get paid $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional bonuses and incentives

  • Work from home with flexible hours, setting your own schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
  • Fast 20-hour certification program to help you get up to speed quickly
  • No tax experience required – we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Earn a $310 bonus for participating in our certification program
  • Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available (must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be working with a variety of customers, each with their own unique needs and concerns, and you will need to be able to empathize with their situations and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide top-notch support to customers, resolving their issues and answering their questions
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to provide comprehensive support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or remote work environment

  • Knowledge of tax software or accounting principles (not required, but a plus)
  • Experience with CRM software or other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (not required, but a plus)
