Responsibilities

As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences and high-quality product recommendations
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ year of experience working in high-volume call centers or customer-facing environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
• Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
• Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual, with proficiency in Spanish

• Experience working in the beauty or skincare industry
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics, with a passion for helping others achieve their beauty goals

Schedule and Compensation

* Full-time schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours per week)

• Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 per hour
