Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. About the Role

A day in the life of a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex can be a rewarding and challenging experience. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Relay important information about our life-safety systems and services to customers, update customer accounts, and resolve billing questions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for devices across our systems, ensuring that customers receive the assistance they need in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Help customers understand our noble purpose and provide security solutions to our commercial clients, building strong relationships and trust with our customers.
  • Participate in coaching, team meetings, and 1:1 development time to grow and develop your career at arenaflex, taking advantage of our comprehensive training programs and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Reside within 50 miles of either of our locations in Irving, TX, or Wichita, KS.
  • Have a designated private workspace at home with high-speed internet (at least 25mbps download and 15mbps upload speeds) and the ability to hardwire via ethernet from a cable modem to your PC.
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Have technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English.
