Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our internal clients, branches, and external clients through inbound calls. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from external clients and internal clients at the bank branches
  • Educating clients on account services and capabilities
  • Utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Demonstrating a superior customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries
  • Possessing basic computer troubleshooting skills
  • Performing efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on account services and capabilities
  • Utilize various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Citrix, to efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Call center experience required; banking experience is desired

  • High school diploma required; College degree preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Windows 11 navigation skills
  • Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory experience is a plus
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds
  • Ability to maintain a workspace free from noise and interruptions
  • Commitment to ensuring the security and confidentiality of information
  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all tasks

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
