Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing enthusiastic and compassionate support to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Managing multiple software programs and tools to provide accurate and prompt responses to client inquiries
  • Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through effective communication, active listening, and empathy
  • Delivering strong and proactive follow-up to clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Adhering to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations to ensure high-quality service delivery

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
  • Two years of customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of payments industry a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
