Responsibilities:

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Eligibility and Benefit Verification:

Perform accurate and timely eligibility and benefit verification for healthcare claims, ensuring that our clients receive the benefits they deserve.

Claims Processing:

Ensure the timely and accurate processing of claims, collaborating with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information and resolving discrepancies and issues related to eligibility and benefits.

Communication:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, communicating clearly and effectively to resolve issues and answer questions.

Knowledge Management:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures, staying current with industry changes and developments.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and workflows, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Documentation:

Document all activities and communications accurately, ensuring that our records are complete and up-to-date.

Compliance:

Adhere to company guidelines and compliance standards, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Training and Development:

Qualifications:

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of direct experience in a related field.

Experience:

At least 1 year of direct experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role, with a strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
