As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: - Answering client calls and providing outstanding customer support, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable - Scheduling virtual assessments and booking jobs efficiently, using our cutting-edge technology to streamline operations - Handling clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly, from data entry to document management - Utilizing ServiceTitan to manage scheduling and client information, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices - Communicating clearly and professionally with both customers and our team, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will need: - Reliable phone and internet connectivity, as this is a remote position that requires a stable connection - Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software, although training will be provided for the right candidate - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - A positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team - Familiarity with Home Service/Construction lingo is a huge plus, but not essential – we are happy to train the right candidate
