Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Mac Tools team in a 2nd Shift virtual capacity. The 2nd Shift position offers convenient hours that accommodate work-life balance: Monday through Thursday from 12:30 PM EST to 9:00 PM EST, and Friday from 9:30 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, serving as the essential link between our company and the professionals who rely on Mac Tools every day. Your responsibilities will include: Multi-Channel Customer Support: Provide comprehensive resolutions to customer inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, and text messages. You'll be the voice and face of arenaflex, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression. System Utilization: Navigate and utilize internal systems including AS400, SAP, Web portals, and Salesforce.com to access customer information, process orders, track shipments, and provide accurate account details. Technical proficiency in these platforms will be developed through our comprehensive training program. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy. You'll demonstrate strong active listening skills, ask clarifying questions to fully understand concerns, relate to customers empathetically, and respond in a manner that resolves issues while preserving the relationship. Information Interpretation: Quickly and accurately interpret customer data, product information, and shipment details to provide accurate responses and solutions. Attention to detail is crucial in ensuring customers receive the correct information every time. Performance Excellence: Accept and implement coaching feedback constructively to achieve both individual and team performance goals. You'll continuously strive to improve your metrics while contributing to our collective success.
