Instructional Design Professional Job
We are currently looking for an Instructional Designer in United States. This role focuses on designing and developing impactful learning experiences that enable employees, customers, and partners to effectively use complex SaaS products and solutions. You will transform technical inputs, product requirements, and SME knowledge into clear, structured, and engaging training materials across multiple formats. The position blends creativity with structure, requiring strong instructional design expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will contribute to scalable learning systems, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and self-service content such as Help Center resources. Design and develop a variety of learning assets including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, videos, assessments, and Help Center content Translate product documentation, SME input, and workflow requirements into structured, learner-centered training experiences Execute instructional design deliverables aligned with product release schedules and organizational readiness priorities Apply established instructional design frameworks and learning levels to ensure consistency and effectiveness of content Collaborate closely with Training Program Managers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to define scope and develop learning solutions Maintain and update existing training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with evolving product features Incorporate learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness and engagement Ensure all learning materials meet quality, usability, and brand standards Support the development of scalable self-service learning content within Help Center environments Manage multiple instructional design projects with competing deadlines while maintaining high-quality output Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in SaaS, learning and development, or education environments
- Strong ability to independently translate complex or unstructured information into clear learning content
- Experience designing both eLearning modules and instructor-led training programs
- Proficiency with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or similar platforms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to improve processes, content quality, and learning outcomes
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data
- Preferred: experience with LMS platforms (Docebo preferred), SaaS product enablement, multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite), and EHS/ESG domains
