The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, stakeholder management, and ATS utilization. Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across Manufacturing, Healthcare, and IT.Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies.Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent pipelines.Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes.Maintain and optimize the ATS for accuracy, compliance, and candidate experience.Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership. Requirements 8–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Proven hiring experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare, and IT domains.Strong ATS knowledgeExcellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
