Primary Duties & Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats while adhering to arenaflex communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction in accordance with arenaflex policies and procedures.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate resources, methods, and tools.
- Completing expectations of the position to meet established personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handling customer feedback and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Troubleshooting and investigating customer complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Education & Work Experience
* High School Degree or equivalent
- Two (2) years of prior customer support work experience or experience working as a Client Service Representative or related position
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening skills, and excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Customer service-focused with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, personalities, and situations.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and passion in communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Proficiency with 10-key typing and data entry.
