Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, reviewing data for errors, and maintaining logs of activities and completed work. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent data entry skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including:
- Entering alphanumeric data from raw data into our systems
- Comparing data with source documents to detect errors and re-entering data in verification format
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered
- Utilizing Excel for data remediation and data analysis
- Locating and correcting data entry errors, or reporting them to supervisors
- Maintaining logs of activities and completed work
- Reading source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and entering data in specific data fields
- Meeting heavy production requirements and deadlines
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent data entry skills, including the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors
- Experience with Excel and other spreadsheet software
- Familiarity with database software and data remediation techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
- Experience with 10-key skills and data collection techniques
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting software
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in data entry or a related field

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
