Join our Call Center Team
We're seeking a sales-oriented customer service professional to join our call center team. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for selling arenaflex's broadband and television solutions while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat
- Sell arenaflex's broadband and television solutions to customers, meeting and exceeding sales goals

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- One year of customer service or call center experience required
