Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and be able to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and assign emails to ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries

  • Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order tracking and management
  • Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses to their inquiries
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment
  • Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate and timely financial management
  • Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer service, and sales

  • Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive work ethic and communication, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and patient demeanor, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a bonus
  • Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and handle sensitive customer information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the industrial supply industry, with knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment

  • Experience with ERP and eCommerce software, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with the ability to maintain productivity and focus in a virtual setting

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a bonus
  • Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and handle sensitive customer information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
